A super sweet and easy going family in Oak Hill is seeking a full time nanny for their two boys. This family treats their nannies like family and they are excited to find a nanny that they can form this type of bond with. They know their nanny will be in their home a lot and caring for their two precious boys, so they want them to feel completely at home while they are there. Mom is very skilled in open communication and no conversation is too difficult for her to dive in and work through with her nanny 🙂 This is one of the many reasons their nannies are so happy and fulfilled long term!

DETAILS:

This family has two fun little boys ages 2.5 and 6. They are full of energy and joy and are looking for a nanny to provide them with a safe and loving environment. The 6 year old will be in school, so the nanny will be with the 2.5 year old during the day until the 6 year old gets out of school. They are looking for someone who is a skilled communicator, 1-3 years of professional nanny experience, and someone who values education. They would love someone to guide their 6 year old after school with his homework and any learning needs such as reading, etc. This position is fully child focused, and they only ask for children’s laundry to be done about once a week. Their main priority is someone who will be a fun and positive example in their boys’ lives and jump in to their family to help on their journey to raising them!

LOCATION:

Oak Hill (Nashville, TN)

SCHEDULE/DURATION:

M-F / 35-40 hours per week guaranteed

PAY & BENEFITS:

• $20/hour (open to more DOE)
• Guaranteed hours
