This family of four in Brentwood is on the search for their CREATIVE and FUN summer nanny! They have two sweet girls who are 4 years and 14 months. They love to have someone to do arts and crafts with and lots of imaginary play!
Mom wants a great nanny that is skilled in preschool activities and able to incorporate learning in their everyday play. She would love a nanny who comes in each day with a plan for their activities and an intentional play curriculum. Someone who loves to find great sensory and hands on activities each week is what they are looking for! For the 14 month old mom would love someone who can encourage the milestones and continue to prepare her for school next year. The family has a pool so a strong swimmer who is experienced in pool supervision is a MUST. Overall mom just wants a fun nanny that can incorporate lots of play and learning so the girls don’t skip a beat when transitioning back into preschool in the fall.

A sweet Nashville family is welcoming their second child this month and is on the search for a newborn nanny to start at the end of September. This family has a 3 year boy old that goes to preschool and will not need any care from the nanny as mom and dad take care of pick up and drop off. The newborn is due around June 24 and care will begin after mom’s maternity leave ends at the end of September.
End of September
*This position will be 6-8 months in duration
Mom is a speech therapist at HCA and will be working 32 hours per week. There is some flexibility if the nanny is sick or needs a day off occasionally as mom has PTO, but she would love a reliable nanny that does not need time off often. The family has not been vaccinated but are cautious of Covid as they expect their nanny to be as well.
The nanny needs to be experienced in newborn care and everything that goes along with it such as breastmilk preparation and solid food transitions. A nanny that is able to make sure baby is reaching all of their milestones while creating a stimulating environment each day. While baby naps, the nanny can do the baby’s laundry and take care of bottle cleaning. Mom may have other household organizational that is child related that would be helpful while baby sleeps. Mom plans to transition baby to solids/baby puree around 5 months and the nanny will play a big role in this transition.
