This family of four in Franklin, TN is searching for a long term nanny. They will need care starting at the beginning of January, but are open to an earlier start date if the perfect fit arrises. They have two energetic little boys who are 11 months and three and a half years old. The nanny must be fully vaccinated and Covid cautious.
The three and a half year old will be in preschool two days a week, so on those days care will only be needed for the eleven month old for the majority of the day. Both boys are very energetic and love to be on the go and engaged, so a nanny that is able to match that energy would be ideal! They love to have someone get down on the floor and play games or read books with them. The boys could listen to books all day long and are very bright. When there is downtime during naps, the family would also love some help around the house with children’s laundry, keeping child areas tidy, and some occasional light meal prep. Any meal prep would be very minimal such as chopping up some veggies or prepping some meat. The family would also expect their nanny to clean up after any meals prepared for the children and also make sure their toys and other areas are clean and tidy at the end of each day.
Punctuality is a must for this family and they will need their nanny to be on time each day. Both parents work from home but need to start their days on time so they will rely on their nanny to be there! They will return the favor at the end of the day by ending their work promptly so the nanny can leave on time as well. The family would love a nanny that could stay with them long term; maybe even until the youngest goes off to kindergarten! The family are Christians and need a nanny that is comfortable and respectful of those values, as well as ready to answer any questions the three year old might have.

PAY & BENEFITS:
- $20-23/hour DOE
- Mileage reimbursement @ .56/mile
- 9 paid holidays- if they fall on a work day
- 5 days of PTO annually: eligible after 90 days of employment
- 5 paid sick days annually: eligible after 90 days of employment
- Annual performance based review & hourly raise/raise of other benefits if expectations are being met/exceeded
